Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file the site asks your browser to keep, so it can recognise the same browser between pages and visits. We use them to keep you signed in, to remember your basket, and to understand how the shop is used.

Every cookie on this site is set by us — none is a third-party or advertising cookie. We run no Google Analytics tag, no Meta pixel and no ad scripts, so nothing here follows you onto other websites.

These keep you signed in and the shop functioning. Without them it can’t work properly.

dpv_customer

Keeps you signed in to your account. 30 days.

dpv_admin

Signs staff in to the admin area. 8 hours.

These help us see how people find and use the shop, and let us say hello by name when you come back. You can refuse them in your browser and still shop normally.

dpv_att_first / dpv_att_last

Remembers how you first found us and what brought you back, so we can tell which advertising works. 400 and 90 days.

dpv_vid / dpv_sid

An identifier for your browser and your current visit, so the pages you view can be counted as one journey rather than as strangers. If you have ordered from us before, it also lets us say hello by name and offer you your cash back.

dpv_notme

Set when you press “Not you?”, so we stop greeting you on this browser. 400 days.

dpv_ref

Remembers who invited you, so their reward is paid when you order. 30 days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Clearing them removes all of the above; the shop keeps working, but you’ll be signed out and we’ll lose track of how you found us. Because we set no advertising cookies, there’s no ad-tracking for you to opt out of here.

What we collect beyond cookies, why we’re allowed to, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it are all in our privacy notice.
