Big dog, big shed, big difference. The full works — de-shed, haircut, glands and all. Fifty rand more than the Executive.
We come to you in Paarl (7646). You pay for the visits now and pick your times afterwards in My Account — we confirm each one with you before we come. Your visits are good for twelve months.
Everything the Executive Treatment covers — brush, bath, blow dry, ears, teeth and nails — plus the three jobs that turn a wash into a proper groom.
On a big dog the de-shed is the one that changes your week. A shedding Husky, Shepherd or Retriever puts out an astonishing volume of undercoat, and pulling it at the van means it isn't coming out on your floors for the next fortnight.
The trim or shave is cut to suit the breed and the coat rather than to one house style. On double-coated breeds we'll be honest with you about what should and shouldn't be shaved — taking a double coat down to the skin is rarely the favour it looks like.
And the anal glands, which nobody enjoys discussing and every dog is better for having checked.
At R50 more than the Executive, this is the one to book if he's shedding, matting, or overdue a cut.
This tier is for dogs over 30kg. Under that, book the Midi (15–30kg) or the Mini (under 15kg). If you want a particular cut, tell us before we start and be specific — "short" means very different things to different people. A photo is worth more than a paragraph. On a double-coated breed, ask us first: shaving a double coat can change how it regrows and how well he handles heat, and it's usually not the right call. Give us somewhere to park close to the house and a plug point nearby if you have one. Take him out for a wee before we arrive. Tell us in advance about anything we should know — a sore hip, a spot he doesn't like handled, past trouble at a groomer, or anything your vet has flagged. It matters more with a big dog, both for his comfort and for ours. On matting: if it has tightened against the skin, it cannot be brushed out without hurting him, and the honest answer is to clip it off and let the coat grow back properly.
