Sensitive stomach and sensitive skin arrive together often enough that vets treat them as one problem, because they usually are — a gut that isn't absorbing properly shows up in the coat within a few weeks.

Prebiotic fibres feed the beneficial bacteria already in the gut, which improves how much of the food actually gets absorbed rather than passing through. Brown rice, barley and oats sit gently where wheat often doesn't, and the whole recipe is built for digestibility. Omega-6 fatty acids with vitamin E work on the skin barrier from the inside — the visible change in coat condition usually shows around week four, later than the stomach settles. Looking after it

Store in a cool, dry place, sealed. Use within six weeks of opening. Take ten days over the change, not seven — the point is not to upset a stomach that's already unsettled. Give it six to eight weeks before judging: the gut settles in two or three, but skin takes a full turnover cycle to show. Feed nothing else during that window. Fresh water, always.
