Ostrich is a genuinely novel protein for most cats: almost nothing else on the shelf uses it, so a cat who has developed a sensitivity to chicken or fish over years of eating them hasn't met it before.
Slow-cooked with lamb and green peas in gravy, at 82% moisture — which is the other half of the argument, since it lifts water intake in a cat who doesn't drink much. Taurine at 600 mg/kg covers heart and eyes. Feed on its own or alongside Karoo dry.

Looking after it
Refrigerate any opened tub and use within 24 hours. Serve at room temperature rather than straight from the fridge. At 82% moisture this does real work on water intake, which matters for a cat prone to urinary trouble — but wet food does nothing mechanical for the teeth, so give her something to chew or keep some dry alongside. Note this recipe contains chicken as well as ostrich, so it isn't a poultry-free option — if chicken is the thing she reacts to, the Trout & Lamb dry is the better bet.
