A scent she hates, sprayed exactly where you don't want claws.
Formulated with essential oils cats generally find unpleasant, discouraging scratching on furniture and fabric without harming the cat. For indoor use — spray a target surface rather than the cat, and let the scent do the deterring.
Confirmed from Nature's Miracle's own brand page: sodium lauryl sulfate 2.0%, rosemary oil 0.5%, cinnamon oil 0.33%, citronella oil 0.2%, cornmint oil 0.125%; remainder (96.845%) water, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and xanthan gum as inert carriers/stabilisers. Bottle made with 25% post-consumer recycled material. Label carries a "harmful if swallowed" caution — not for direct application to the cat.
Spray the furniture or fabric directly — never the cat. About three sprays per square foot, reapplied daily until she loses interest in that spot; a scratching post placed nearby gives her somewhere else to go instead of just somewhere she can't.
