Three bones, three flavours — a cheap way to find out what she actually likes.
Three Extreme Chew bones in one pack: peanut butter, chicken and bacon. If you've never bought her a nylon chew before, this is the sensible way in — you find out which flavour she'll actually settle down with instead of spending R229 on a guess.
It's also the practical option for a household with more than one small dog, or for keeping one in the car and one at home.
Rated for dogs up to 11 kg (Nylabone's Small size). Each bone 114 mm.
Materials: nylon with chicken, bacon and peanut butter flavouring.
These are not edible. Nylabone are explicit: the nylon is not intended for consumption. Small bristle-like projections rise as your dog chews — that's the cleaning action working, and it's normal. Large pieces are not. If you think she's swallowed a piece, take the chew away and phone your vet. Always supervise. Nylabone's guidance is unconditional on this, even for the toughest tier. Replace when the knuckle ends are worn down, or when it gets small enough for her to fit in her mouth. There is no time interval — anyone telling you to replace it monthly has invented that. It's condition, not calendar. Size up, never down. Pick by her weight, and if you have more than one dog in the house, buy for the biggest, strongest chewer. No dishwasher. Nylabone specifically rule out the dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, boiling and autoclaving. Scrub under warm water with a brush and a mild non-toxic detergent, rinse well — and inspect it while you're cleaning it. The flavour is right through the nylon, so scrubbing won't wash it out. With three bones in circulation it's easy to lose track of how worn each one is. Check them all, not just the one she's using today.
